Coaching in situations of crisis or conflict is to accompany someone in a unique context. Sometimes life is unprecedented, as was discovered with Covid-19 pandemic.

I propose an original coaching experience which has grown from from my personal experiences.

I work on the relationship between people in conflict to calm the situation and move towards resolution.

Born in Jerusalem, in a country full of tensions, over time I felt a deep need to find ways to ease the conflict. These tensions existed not only within the country borders but also within the people, in relationships, between colleagues, between friends and in daily life. So I developed a way of being and of doing which helps remedy conflictial situations.
