My mission is to accompany those in the Social and Solidarity Economy sector in the construction and
evolution of their organisation, governance, cooperation, and identity.
I offer my services to cooperatives, mutual societies, associations, foundations, NGOs, collectives, ecovillages,
and companies.
My heart particularly pulls me towards structures that give meaning to their activities. Their objective and social usefulness have a positive impact on the society.
Managing and directing a company, an association, a cooperative, or any Social and Solidarity Economy
structure means stepping aside in order to undertake things differently. It consists of reinventing,
demonstrating creativity, but also co-constructing a framework that provides space to live the dream in reality.
Manneh Sens chooses to mentor people and structures who are searching for meaning following a deep transformation.

I carry out mentoring projects both in France and internationally, in English, French, and Arabic.

- The Integral Ecology School of Brazil: we are developping courses allowing people to live in connection with themselves, others, and their environment.
- Kalliance© is a cooperation game allowing teams to evaluate their method of operation and their performance. I am the
co-founder of this game used by a community of professional coaches in France, Belgium, and Slovakia.
- CREC International is an association who develop communication research globally. I offer interventions within religious seminaries in Africa. I have the role of secretary of the association who brings together trainers and instructors in the
world at large.
