‘Manneh Sens’ is the fruit of a 10 year evolution in individual and collective coaching.
The foundation of my practice is to guide people in their search for meaning both in their work and in their lives.
My creativity is dedicated in service of their quest.

My life tells the story of an acrobat. She juggles with balance and a constant adaptation to context, as well as to internal and external elements.
In light of my journey, the relationship between the acrobat and me has become obvious: I am fundamentally an acrobat. Boldness is part of my being, of my personal and professional experiences.
I have the enthusiasm to guide and support each person to DARE to live their lives, being reborn to a new situation simply by changing their vision. Coaching gives me the means to accomplish this, with a powerful tool belt through which my originality can express itself in the service of others.
The purpose of ’Manneh Sens’ is to accompany you in finding intensity in your life and building a new way to live in the world today.
Through coaching sessions, I will guide you in an exploration of your life path:
Deeply connecting to oneself, becoming aware of the body that carries and grounds us in the present moment… There is nothing better for self-realization and reconnection with others and your surroundings.
The Three Intelligences
How aware am I of my movements? What do my acts say about me?
Bringing attention to this non-verbal language is necessary to recognise coherence between what I say and what I do. In the same way, the rhythm of movements will reveal my state of mind. Becoming aware helps to
rediscover alignment and inner peace.
Become aware of your emotional state is about taking stock, listening to what I feel : ‘Am I sad, joyful, angry?’
Certain states are unpleasant and can be linked to fear; other states are pleasant and are linked to love, openness towards others.
Becoming aware of your emotional feelings allows you to find comfort, serenity, and
harmony.
What thoughts are passing through my mind right now?
Become aware of the continuous flow, invasive thoughts that exist within you… this mental chatter is tiring and it becomes urgent to find a moment of silence in your mind to access clear thoughts.
Enter into a form of deep listening, allowing clarification of the situation and opening the door to a better relationship with oneself and others.
Become aware of our bodies that are carrying us and anchoring us in the present moment. Nothing is better to help us self-realise and weave connections with others and our surroundings. The mission of Manneh Sens is to accompany you in rediscovering an intensity of life and constructing a new way to live in the world today.
